HAPPINESS GUARANTEE

We're committed to providing the very best experiences to everyone. To do this, we've created the ZOX Happiness Guarantee (subject to the limitations herein). This is our way of saying we're here, ready to do everything we can to make sure you're happy. Here's how it works with each of our products:

STRAPS, IMPERIALS AND STRINGS

If this is your first time ordering and you're not happy with the quality, fit, or overall look of your first ZOX, please pass it along to a friend and we'll give you a full refund on it. If you have additional unworn Straps, Imperials or Strings you'd like to return within 15 days of purchase, you can fill out the return form at the bottom of this page and we'll get you taken care of right away.

Happiness Guarantee cannot be used when your initial purchase was used in conjuction with our Share the Love program. Happiness Guarantee does not cover slow shipping times to foreign countries. If you are unhappy with the ship time, you can pay to return your Straps and the refund will be processed as soon as we receive your return. 

MYSTERY PACKS

Mystery Packs have grown to be tremendously popular because they're as the name implies: Mysterious! 🙂 Half the fun of ordering a Mystery Pack is not knowing what you're going to get. Because of this, we can't offer our Happiness Guarantee on this product. We do, however, accept returns on unopened Mystery Packs within 15 days of purchase. Please note that all three individual packages must be unopened to qualify for a return.

HOODIES

To keep prices on our hoodies as low as possible (and keep free shipping), we are no longer offering return shipping free of cost. If you have an issue with sizing, please contact support and we'll give you instructions on how to return your hoodie. All hoodies must be unworn with all tags attached and no noticeable odors. All Hoodies sent that do not follow these guidelines will require the shipper to pay for a label for us to reship the hoodie back, so please ensure your item meets these guidelines before trying to return it. 

BACKPACKS

Our Imperial Backpack v2 is what we would hands-down consider the BEST backpack on the market for its price. To put our money where our mouth is, we've improved our happiness guarantee. If you don't love your backpack for any reason, we're now offering free returns within 30 days of delivery on all domestic orders. Whether your backpack is used or new, if you don't love it, fill out the form below within 30 days and we'll pay for your postage to return your bag. Our only requirement is that it cannot smell like smoke. 

BINDERS

Our binders are a community favorite, for good reason! Given the uniqueness of the product (and the hidden surprise they contain), they are not returnable unless there is damage caused during shipment. Any binders that have the sticker removed from the spine (part of the surprise) will not be able to be returned. Please carefully inspect your binder prior to removing the sticker to be sure you're happy with it. 

WARRANTY

We stand behind the quality of our products with a Limited Two Year Warranty. This is our guarantee that every ZOX product sold within the United States, Canada, and Mexico is free of production and material defects. This warranty is valid for two years, beginning on the date of purchase from Zox.la.

If you believe you have a defective ZOX product that was purchased from us within the last two years, please fill out the form below to set up a return authorization for inspection.

ZOX reserves the right to determine between defective product and normal wear-and-tear. We do not replace products that have been replaced from a previous defective claim or from normal wear-and-tear.
