you are enough

I have decided to pick the "You Are Enough" strap with the "continue" charm to go with it because I am a 29 year old mother of 2 who has been battling a 11 year on and off addiction to Heroin...I gave both of my children up for adoption to give them the life that I was not ready to give them. My daughter was born in active Heroin withdrawl and it was the worst thing i have had to witness in my life that when I got pregnant with my son I had made sure I was clean my entire pregnancy...but soon after I crashed again and lost him to child services and then 3 months later had attempted to take my life by overdose...i laid in my bed and in my own feces for 3 days before I allowed anyone to help me...by the time I got to the hospital i was in metabolic crisis and stage 5 renal failure that if they didn't transfer me, and quickly, I would have died...or if i chose to stay home moments longer I wouldn't be here...I could continue to go on deeper into my story, but hopefully one day along the path of my life you will see a book written or a TEDtalk of some sort ANYTHING because I want to be a voice to others to know they are not alone and that I have been in their shoes and maybe...just maybe...something from my story....can save them from being the end to theirs.
