you are enough

There is beauty in everything around us. Whether that be the outdoors, art we/others are making, the people who love us, the people we love, or whatever else brings you joy. I feel like I have taken all that beauty for granted over the last year, afraid to not let it in because I didn’t deserve it. Because people or my mind tricking me into believing those things. I never knew that depression comes with so much more than you bargained for. I am the person I am today because of those who never gave up on me. And more so for the ones that have. I am where I am today because those who found the beauty in there hearts to help us find our way. I, and many others, might not love themselves 100%, but no matter what the world throws at us, no matter how low we get, There are still better days ahead, today is only a moment, we get the chance to start again with just a couple hours of closing our eyes. Whatever people say we can never forget we are enough, you are enough, I am enough. And finally always remember, we are still here, You are still here, I am still here. Take a moment to realize the beauty in your life. It’s okay to not be okay. We are here for each other. I have worn these bracelets for the last year and half and it’s just a daily reminder during the times I am falling fast to remind myself to keep going.
