you are enough

When I first started collecting Zox Straps, I saw this You are enough, and my husband agreed this one was so me. See, in 2008, I was diagnosed with severe heart failure, my heart was in bad shape, and I was so scared of dying. I was battling to try to have my life as normal as I could live with the heart failure, and then I was hit with Lupus too. I was no longer able to work as a health care manager, I suffered from severe depression, and I just could not cope. I just felt like giving up, until my doctor said, you know what? You are enough, you give more than you get, you are stronger than you give yourself credit for, and despite all of this..in my book, you are enough to everyone who loves and cares for you. Since then, my heart failure is in a chronic, manageable state. My Lupus is an everyday battle I get up every morning fighting to win, and when I look at my wrist, I smile..because I am enough...Thank you from the bottom of my heart Zox..because I needed this daily reminder...you guys rock!!! This simple little strap is the best reminder.
