today i will not worry

I have many things going for me in my life - I have been in a happy relationship for over a year, have a few close friends and recently started at my dream job. But I am living with anxiety and depression. I find it hard to let go of fear and insecurity, constantly worrying that I have upset my friends or coworkers, that people are judging me for my appearance or the things I say and that my partner must be getting tired of putting up with me. It seems like a small thing but choosing from one of my ZOX and getting to wear a secret reminder every day has helped lift me up. When my stomach starts to sink and I begin to wonder why anyone puts up with me, I have a tangible reminder of my commitment to myself to not let my thoughts spiral. Each day is just one day, and I can enjoy what I have and get on with the task in front of me, because I have decided that today I will not worry. Not to mention, it's a cute and fun touch to my outfits!
