self love

I am 37. I had smoked cigarettes since I was 14 years old. I had tried to quit-so many times-but I just couldn't do it. After 23 years of smoking, I didn't think I could ever quit. My children begged me to quit and I wanted to quit but I just could not do it. Then one day, I saw Zox on Facebook. One strap that said "Self Love". And I thought to myself, that is what I needed - I needed to love myself. So, I bought the strap and I made a deal with myself that if I didn't smoke for a day, I could get another strap, and then a week, and then 2 weeks etc. And then I made it to 6 weeks!!! I celebrated by buying my 4 children and my husband a zox strap. They were so proud of me, they wore their straps every day too. That one strap that inspired me, was now inspiring to so many more through my proud family. And now here I am, 6 months smoke free. I owe it to my two families, my children/husband and my Zox family. Thank you for your support. Thank you for your inspiration. I now have Self Love that I did not have before.
