April 2, 2021All my life, I have struggled with my mental health and suffered for years with anxiety and panic attacks to the point I was very unwell. I fought very hard to get better, but it took a lot of years of hard work and determination to fight back to good health. I eventually got to say I’m happy for the first time. But just as I’m enjoying life again, I had to go for a routine checkup for my legs, which I had to have a scan for. The scan had shown a small tumour in my right kidney and something in my womb. Everything has been a shock to think I’ve gone from being ok to now more scans and hospital appointments for more tests. The doctor has said if the tumour is in the middle of my kidney, it will have to be removed. I’m telling this story to say that even if things aren't going right, you have to stay strong and never give up, always keep going, and take one day at a time. The support I have gotten from some amazing Zox friends is what keeps me going and keeps me positive. Thank you
