i am not perfect, but i am enough
September 28, 2019This was the first ZOX that I bought, and I fell in love almost immediately with it. The colors. The design. The words on the inside. But then I read what the flip side of the card said: you are the only person you need to be good enough for. I started crying. I’ve always struggled with insecurities, anxiety, and the overall feeling of not being good enough. I am over weight and I don’t feel like I fit in with a lot of my friends. Having the constant reminder that I am enough everyday has been a blessing to me. I am the only one that I need to be good enough for, not my parents, my classmates, my friends. Just me. I am not perfect, but I am enough.
