Balance & You Have No Power Over Me - These two ZOX go hand in hand for me these days. I struggle every day with anxiety and depression and have for many years, however about 3 months ago I was put into a tail spin I can't seem to find my way out of. That is when I lost my dad, I've always been Daddy's girl so this has been a tough one for me. Much like my tattoos, my ZOX have a special purpose to help me not only remember but also provide an anchor for me in the rough seas of life. When I feel myself starting to spin out of control I grab on to my ZOX and repeat to myself what they say until I feel calmness wash over me. It isn't a fix for everyone, but it works well for me and I am grateful for my ZOX and grateful to the makers... Sending you good vibes and hugs!
