Where are you from?

I'm from the southwest of Germany (Baden- Wuerttemberg).

How'd you find ZOX?

I often saw ADs about ZOX pop up on Facebook. I got curious but wasn't sure if I should order. It took me about 4 months until I finally made my first order because I saw a celebrity I like a lot wearing them. So I had to have one as well. But instead of buying just one, I bought four and not long after, I ordered a whole bunch of ZOX and was the happiest person ever! That's when the love for ZOX started.

When did you join VIP?

I joined VIP not too long ago. It was July 15th, 2021.

What's your favorite thing about being a VIP?

Definitely being part of such an amazing community and being able to take part in some of the ZOX related decisions that are being made. The community is full of kind and caring people from all around the world. I just recently had to think about how this community made me feel a lot better about life and myself as well. I often felt lonely in my past, because no one really understood my problems or talked them down. But when I need to talk things off of my heart, the community is there to listen and to support. No one judges, no one talks you down. I don't feel as lonely anymore, because I know, there's people who understand and may even go through similar situations.

What does your collection consist of? How do you decide what to collect?

Well, I probably have almost any type of ZOX item that's collectable. I have lots of Singles, Straps, Strings and Pins, but I also have some Hoodies, Zip Hoodies, a backpack, rings, metlets, a sticker, ZOXlox, Cards and a puzzle. I probably forgot something which I can't think of right now, but I'm trying to literally 'experience everything' with ZOX.

All the amazing ZOX designs make it hard to stick to one theme for what to collect. But I am in love withwolves and moons, so they're definitely on my 'I- need- to- add- them- to- my- collection- list'. But I also just love to have some positive reminders. So if there's a wristband, which quote just speaks to me a lot at the moment, there's a 99,9% chance that I'll buy it.

What do you love about ZOX?

The question should be 'What don't you love about ZOX?' But then I wouldn't have an answer. Not only do I love the designs of each item, I also love the different messages behind each wristband. But something that makes ZOX even more special is, that the customers get included. That they're given a chance, to create their own design and to vote on designs or ideas.
I also love, that there's always a perfect ZOX to gift to anyone. I gifted a lot of ZOX to my family and my boyfriend and they loved all of them. It's the happiness ZOX spreads that I love a lot! For my Dad I got the 'Problem Solver' strap on a ZOXLox and the other day, when he had an appointment because of his car, the lady at the desk complimented the strap. It made me so happy to know that people feel joy when seeing ZOX, even though they might not have one of their own (yet). But also knowing that I can always tell others something, even though I'm not there with them, is amazing. For example, my mom will always know I love her and be reminded of it when I can't tell her, because she can just look at her wristband 'I Love You Mom' and know that I will forever love her.

And at this point a huge shout out to the whole ZOX team for being amazing and trying their best to help and make their customers as happy as possible and giving us a chance to spread that joy.

What do you look for when choosing your next ZOX?

That really depends on the situations. When I know that I'll have a hard day ahead I'll look for the message that'll work best with the situation. Sometimes I choose them to match different outfits. But when I go on vacation or even just go for a walk somewhere, I look for wristbands that will match the location because I love to take pictures of them and share them. For example, I got 'The Mountains Are Calling' recently and I already planned out the perfect picture for when I'll be back in Switzerland in May.

Which ZOX speaks to you the most?

That's a hard question, because with probably way over 200 wristbands, I can't only choose one. Let me pick my Top 5 instead:
1. 'Us Against The World': because my boyfriend and I are matching these. It reminds us, that no matter what, we will stay together and get through all the downs together.
2. 'Gone But Never Forgotten': I got this wristband to remember my grandma who passed away in 2020. She was the first close person I lost. I also got the Angel Charm with it and it even has her date of birth as the number. It's like a sign that she's still with me, even if I can't see her.
3. 'The Mountains Are Calling': I love the mountains! I often spend my vacation in Switzerland. The views from the top of mountains just amaze me. And I really really miss Switzerland as soon as I'm back in Germany.
4. 'Mission Accomplished': this wristband helped me change my life to the better. When covid started, I barely got up anymore and started living unhealthy. With this wristband, I gained the motivation to change that again. And it always reminded me of my goals, which I reached!
5. 'You Are Enough': it was one of my first ZOX wristbands I got. I often forget my own worth or simply don't see my worth. This wristband will always remind me, that I am enough. I am worthy. I am strong. No matter what.

Which ZOX are you planning on getting next?

Well, we will see what the new drops will bring. But one I definitely want to add to my collection as soon as possible is the strap 'Phases' because it has moons on it and it also reminds me of how life is working. Sometimes we shine, sometimes we barely shine, sometimes we don't shine at all. We go through Phases, light and dark, but in the end, we will always gain back our full strength to shine completely again. Just like the moon.
