When did you join ZOX VIP?

What drew you to ZOX?

I think I found an ad on Facebook and saved it but then waited a few months to buy. I don’t wear any type of jewelry or accessories so I thought it was silly at first. I took a look at the website one day and actually read up on the company and looked at the bracelets. That was the beginning of a collection I did not anticipate. Why did I continue after my first purchase? These have changed the way I am. You can ask any of my real life friends and they can tell you that I’m not a nice person. These bracelets have changed the way I think AND the way that I act. For something as simple as a saying on a bracelet? That’s remarkable to me. 

How did your collection begin?

I actually wasn’t looking for just me at first. My friend had just found out she was pregnant with twins and was extremely worried. Once I found what I wanted for her, I purchased “Ohana” and “Today I Will Not Worry”. As for MY first Zox (and this should be a surprise to no one) was Never Give Up and Keep Going (in which I actually bought to give away). I also purchased a Mystery Pack subscription that same day. It was a very eventful start :) It’s ended up to about, 9 hoodies, 30(ish?) strings, a year of Pearls, a bunch of charms, and I have at least 120 smalls (not including any packs or Zox boxes) hanging on my wall, and an entire Zox binder full of mediums and a few pages into another one too.

What's your all-time favorite ZOX?

I will forever say Never Give Up for this because it’s a message I needed so much in my life, and I’m proud as heck to have never given up. 

You're given the opportunity to create a new ZOX product, what is it?

I would want a single (sorry, not sorry, strap lovers) that says Sorry, Not Sorry. I envision it to be bright colors, in maybe swirls of some kind? My entire life, I’ve had to apologize for who I am and how I act. I apologize more than I actually need to. This would be a reminder that I’m NOT sorry for being me, and I don’t have to mold myself to be who everyone else wants me to be. Also I say it often as a fun expression anyways :) (sorry not sorry to my IRL friends I’ve gotten addicted to Zox)

What's your favorite thing about being a VIP?

The closeness of the community, the ease of conversing with the Bros and the knowledge everyone shares. You’ll often see me answering questions because I love helping people. The friendships that I have made (and I’ve seen made) from VIP are pretty unbreakable. I don’t know many online communities where that happens but I’m incredibly thankful that VIP is one of those places. It’s just a great place to spend my free time.

What do you love about ZOX?

Besides the obvious of donating to various charities, partnering with The Thirst Project, and doing their part to help the world in terms of recycling? The points. I absolutely love the point system, and it’s helped me on numerous occasions when I haven’t been able to purchase because of funds. It’s also not widely talked about, and I didn’t know how to use my points that I had for about 4 months after I joined. Make Zox purchases, get points per purchase and in turn, use said points for discounts on more Zox!

Which ZOX are you planning on acquiring next?

I actually just received the last piece to my Never Give Up collection (as far as I’m aware), and I recently received Not Tomorrow, Today to assist with my procrastination habits. I’m not one to make ISO’s (because let’s be honest, I’d be broke) but if I had to choose one, I think I’d want Busy Doing Nothing next.
