April 20, 2021I have struggled with depression and borderline personality disorder since I was a teenager. Multiple hospitalizations and Suicide attempts. My stepmom gave me this strap for Christmas, and I saw what it said and immediately started crying knowing someone cared enough to show it. I wear it everyday. I have two other ones that have great meaning to me also progress not perfection and perfectly imperfect.
