I have suffered a few years now with anxiety, depression and other health problems. I never thought I would suffer with an illness like this and other people did to including my own family. It got so bad that I had to cut them out of my life but last year I received a phonecall about my sister and she was in a bad way with depression to the point she was suicidal. So I reached out to her to help her. At first she was shocked asking why I wanted to help after the way I was treated I said that I couldn't see anyone go through what I had. I saw this websites for the bands and I thought that's ideal for her just something what she likes. We live 100 miles from each other so I got one delivered to her. It cheered her up to no end. Well after she stopped sobbing I said when you are having a moment look at your band and you know you will be ok and you got this. We talk or text everyday and she said no one ever seems to understand what goes on in her head but she phones me and everything just makes sense to her. She says I saved her life literally.
