My you are enough band gives me strength everyday.. I have had a rough past, with self harm, self doubt, and multiple mental disorders. This band gives me a reminder everyday when I’m feeling low, that I’m good enough, and I’m worth it. I’m strong and I’m working on proving that, along with other things, to myself and this band is helping me along that road.
