progress not perfection
October 16, 2021 I got this zox because I have been struggling with my knee and I am doing my exercises from physio and they just aren’t working; they don’t seem to ease the pain but this bracelet reminds me to keep going and eventually things will get better as my mri came back completely clear. Now, my doctor and physio are thinking about referring me to the orthopedics in the next few weeks if my knee doesn’t improve.
