no regrets

April 16, 2021
This isn't about what these mean to just me... but also those are me. My neighbor and friend gifted me my very first ZOX strap months ago. Since then, I cannot count how many I have bought for myself but, more importantly, to gift to others; my kids, my husband, friends, and Airmen I work for and with. Yes I am in the Air Force. I heard a Chief once say that in the military we have two families; the name tape on our right (our last name) and the name tape on the left side (the Air Force). I find this to be true. We sometimes spend more time with our Airmen than we do with our own families. In doing so, we learn so much about one another; strengths, vulnerabilities, dreams, etc. These ZOX help tap into each person I come across and remind them that although we are all one... we are all individuals. With one ZOX I am able to let them know that I'm there for them, I care, I can listen, and remind them that what's inside of them matters tremendously. In a world where there's so much chaos and hate, I want to be that spark that ignites these words of affirmation among one another. I want to be on the side of faith and love. If I could buy thousand of these to gift... I would. Right now, my favorite one is No Regrets. I have given over 20 years of my life to this country and now I will be retiring within the year. This ZOX reminds me that there are no regrets - only learning opportunities, and with 20 years of traveling across the globe... I learned a lot. I really hope that if anyone gets a chance to read this, that these ZOX have and the story of these brothers pull on your heart strings, I hope that you share these ZOX and these words with others. Lastly, I hope you all enjoy life, show compassion to one another.
