lifesaver

I am a trauma surgeon and was studying for my emergency physician exam when ZOX came out with the Lifesaver strap. I ordered it immediately, it was shipped to me here in Germany - no problem at all. Until a few weeks later. That was when I realized that I had lost my Lifesaver Strap. I searched everywhere, my bags, the paths I usually walked, my car, but I couldn't find. You could say I was heartbroken because I had meant to wear the strap all through pre-exam time and keep it later as a memory for the time when I became an emergency physician. I checked the ZOX website, but the Lifesaver Strap had sold out in the meantime. I contacted ZOX, telling them my story, and Jordan said that they would check if they had any left somewhere - but since I was writing just before Christmas, it could take into the new year, what with Christmas shippings and all. So I asked again a couple of days into 2020, and Jordan immediately replied that, yes, they had found some, and had already put one aside for me. About a week later, the new Lifesaver Strap came in the mail. I have been wearing it proudly since, especially when I am out in the streets working as an emergency doc - I passed my qualification in early December 2019... Thanks Jordan, thanks ZOX!
