Just breathe. Two simple words. Two words that seem easy. And yet, sometimes I just can’t. I suffer from anxiety, and often have anxiety or panic attacks. Recently, I made a new friend, who suffers the same, and they taught me a breathing technique that truly helped. But still. I often forget to “JUST BREATHE”. When I saw the ad for ZOX on Instagram, I clicked on the link. Now I normally don’t do that. But something told me to this time. And then I saw the BREATHE strap and knew I had to have. Since I got it about a week ago, it’s the first thing I put on every morning, and the last thing I take off at night. All I have to do is look down and am reminded to JUST BREATHE.
