focus on the positive
August 20, 2021As a former domestic abuse survivor, I struggle daily with my inner demons, being physically and mentally abused for many years took its toll on me. I eventually turned to suicide. After 4 attempts, they brought me back 3 times in one night. It was then I realized that I needed to be here. I have spent years trying to Focus on the Positive, and when I came across the Zox bands, I just KNEW I had to have them. There are so many inspirational quotes that I love them and simply wish I could afford them all and fill my arm from wrist to shoulder! I immediately put in an order for 8 the first time. I have not taken these 2 off since they arrived. I look at them many times a day and they serve as little reminders as what I have been thru, how far I have come, and how much of a better person I am for just slowly and steadily working on Progress Not Perfection. I also bought a ring to wear on my thumb as a fidget ring that says One Day At A Time, which all 3 tie in so well with my story and what I have been thru. They may be just a "silly bracelet" to some. But to me, they mean the world, and I cherish them every single day!
