I love these as they remind me that life is too short to sweat the little things and sometimes it is best to take a deep breath and walk away from stressful situations, if possible. My bands are for my PTSD, Depression, and Anxiety from being in foster care and moving around a lot when I was younger. Love my bands, thank you Zox!
